Photovoltaic Plant with Technology Developed by Radix Starts Operation
Solar complex can supply about 1 million homes and is a milestone for diversifying Brazil’s energy matrix

Radix recently concluded a solar energy project with Elera Renováveis in Brazil, a Brookfield portfolio company.
Brooksfield is one of the world's largest investors in renewable power, with over 20,000 megawatts of generating capacity with assets located in North and South America, Europe, India, and China.
The Elera complex (Alex Solar Complex), located in Brazil’s hinterland, came into operation fully integrated with the AVEVA OSIsoft PI System, obtaining relevant data from the process to improve management, decision-making, and production optimization from the initial stage.
The Complex has an installed capacity of 360 MWp, which is enough energy to supply about one million homes.
Radix was part of the PI System implementation project using its combined IT, ET, and OT (Information Technology, Engineering, and Operation Support) expertise.
The Radix professionals and engineers designed and developed an operational intelligence, real-time data collection system structure. The operational intelligence platform allows you to produce analyses and insights for optimizing the entire lifecycle of the solar park, both in real-time and for planning and post-operation.
Additionally, the system provides the basis for creating optimized strategies for engineering, which will be used in future Elera solar projects.
Radix is consulting company with one of the highest number of people certified in the PI System. With a significant investment in training, Radix guarantees its expertise and mastery in OSIsoft tools. We aim to be a technical reference that provides the best IP solutions for our customers.
