Radix is the best place to work in Brazil in 2020
The award reassures Radix's excellence in caring for its employees
Radix is back at the top of the podium for Best Place to Work for in Brazil (Medium-sized companies' categories – up to 999 employees). This marks the second time Radix is at the top of the podium in the category in the survey conducted by the Great Place to Work (GPTW).
The award took place in an online ceremony on October 19. Out of 3168 companies enrolled in the survey, only 150 were awarded: 70 in the medium-sized category and 80 in the large category.
Since its foundation, Radix has instilled a company culture focused on a wide range of profiles, origins, people, and cultures, as a key piece for innovation. We believe diversity is enriching and a necessary process to generate new ideas and solutions. It is the various cultures and people that make our company one of the best companies to work for.
The new recognition, compiled with the First Place Best Company to Work for in Rio de Janeiro, comes at a special time as the company celebrates its tenth anniversary.
Joao Chachamovitz, the Radix Brazil CEO, commented on the results: “Radix celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2020 and we are glad about this achievement. In a difficult year that has changed the world, we are proud to have been moving forward to overcome challenges. We remain virtually connected with a strong company culture focused on unity and team effort. Our work is consistent and is based on management that prioritizes the people, values, and company culture. We believe this is also what always keeps us in the ranking among the best companies to work for.”
