Radix Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Manager is in the “Capability Challenge 2019” Finals

Manager will present on Radix CMMI journey to achieve process excellence through key capabilities

Caroline Rivera, Radix Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Manager, is one of the two “Capability Challenge 2019” finalists. The challenge is an international competition that showcases thought leaders from around the world who are improving their business performance by building organizational capability¹. The final will be held on April 30 at the “Capability Counts 2019 Conference” in Reston, VA.

Rivera, who has been in the company for six years and manages a team of twenty-three people, will present on Radix successful journey of achieving excellence in execution of company’s processes. In 2015, Radix was appraised at Maturity Level 5 of the highly acclaimed Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI®) for the first time. In 2018, it achieved Level 5 once again.   

“Achieving recertification of CMMI DEV Level 5 definitely counted in our favor in the competition. Also, through the application of Behavior Drive Development (BDD), a development technique of Disciplined Agile (DA), Radix experienced an increase of 37% and 82% productivity in requirement analysis and testing analysis, respectively,” says the Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Manager.
