Radix makes its mark at OTC

For 50 years, OTC has encouraged scientists and engineers to develop innovative technologies that have unleashed the potential of offshore energy sources

For the eighth consecutive year, Radix is participating in the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas. OTC is the largest oil and gas conference worldwide and is taking place between April 30th-May 3rd. OTC was founded in 1969 and gathers 90,000 professionals from over 130 countries. This year, Radix is hosting a booth in the Brazilian Pavilion and a Business Suite in the NRG Stadium.

Radix had significant growth in the US market in 2017 and started 2018 with major projects with some of the largest companies in the industry. "The company's portfolio in the US is differentiated by using digital tools though the life cycle of a project and industry asset to increase productivity and optimize all processes, leading to higher margins to our customers", said Radix US President, Rich Frogge.

In Brazil, Radix grows its business with international operators and with solutions that increase performance of existing assets. 

"We believe that international companies will be more active on offshore projects in Brazil. Having a global company and executing teams in Brazil and the US make a difference in this market", said Radix CEO, João Chachamovitz.

Today, Radix combines Engineering Technology, Information Technology, and Operational Technology in a single portfolio, counting with an important technological partners network. The multidisciplinary team is qualified to face the new challenges and projects in the Oil and Gas sector worldwide. "We operate in several countries and we are ready to compete with foreign companies in and out of Brazil", finalized Chachamovitz.

Radix's booth is located in number 215 (Brazilian Pavilion) in the NRG Center near entrance E. The conference will take place up to May 3rd in the Reliant Park in Houston, Texas.
